Our client is looking for a logistics coordinator to join their team in Amsterdam. The client is part of the smart mobility revolution and is reinventing multimodal transportation to help people get where they need to go cheaper, quicker and easier than ever before.

Responsibilities

• Book shipments in Europe (Truck/Courier)
• Book international shipments (Air/Sea)
• Keeping pick up and delivery times for trucks in Europe up to date
• Following up in vehicle ETA
• Supporting logistic specialists with commercial documentation
• Creating commercial invoices and package lists
• Recording and recording keeping

Requirements

• Business proficiency in English both spoken and written
• Intermediate Excel skills - pivot tables and VLOOKUP are mandatory
• Flexible and open minded
• Great communication skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders
• Self-starter who can work with little supervision
• Being able to work in a dynamic start up environment
• 1 - 2 years in logistics preferred with Domestic/EU and International Shipments
• Knowledge of Customs requirements in Europe and paperwork for International Shipments
