Job Responsibilities

Inbound shipments:

Inbound custom clearance documents collect and forwarding;

Inbound planning: ETA and plan;

Seafreight quotation (sometimes)

Outbound shipments:

Communication with Erik and Jeffery for PDI requests and readiness date;

Contact the truck company of the customer for loading reservations;

Make delivery confirmations;

Get quotation for transportations;

Check invoices from truck companies: DKJ, premier freight, Braanker…

Reservation and stock list:

Reserve machines for Walker, Robin and Verania;

Stock list and seaboxes list update;

DKJ:

Daily loading and unloading communication;

Inbound and outbound CMRs checking;

Warehouse costs checking;

DKJ monthly meeting and issues tracking;

DKJ stock list weekly checking;

EXACT:

Quotations (sales orders) creation;

Inbound machines receiving and warehouse transfer;

Machines delivery;

Stock in EXACT weekly checking;

Sales support (for Verania):

Make sales order, invoice and packing list; CE certificates;

Checking machines availability;
