Are you a passionate law student with a focus on regulatory frameworks in Europe ? Do you possess a high level of integrity, trustworthiness and independence? You will get hands-on experience as part of a European wide legal team, as well as working within the wider sustainability, regulatory compliance and ethics teams. You will also develop your talent and learn new skills within our legal team located in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provision of support for the International Legal team
Support the Legal function with regulatory and ethical compliance within EMEAIR and at all the levels of the organization
Assist with day-to-day matters related to our legal entities in Europe and beyond
Tracking legal issues and changes in legislation
Helping with the operations and administration of the Legal team
Working on a legal templates and agreements
Bachelor or Master’s student in Law or related field
Experienced user in MS Office (Outlook and Word)
Fluency in English – other languages are an asset too
Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
Demonstrable interest in the international business legal environment through study or work experience
Familiarity with Environmental law and other European law principles
Understanding of compliance and/or regulatory frameworks such as FCPA, UK Bribery Act, GDPR, REACH etc. and how they impact companies
