    Learning and Talent Development Manager

    Reporting to Katja, Vice President Human Resources, you’ll shape our learning and development culture for the whole of ASICS EMEA without the need for frequent travel. With a combination of strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills and a desire to help others you’ll help us create our leaders of the future.

    As Learning and Development Manager, you’ll shape the learning culture for the whole of ASICS EMEA, without the need for frequent travel. Split your work from home and the office as you help your colleagues up the career ladder, creating exciting development opportunities with the help of a passionate team.

    How you’ll help us.

    Based at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp near Amsterdam and reporting to Katja, Vice President Human Resources, as part of the role you’ll:

    • Create a clear strategy for learning and talent development at ASICS EMEA, split into yearly plans.
    • Design and deliver career pathways and leadership frameworks that stick to strict budgets.
    • Evaluate and improve your learning programmes, creating useful reports for the wider team.
    • Work closely with our executive team and develop our future leaders.
    • Communicate learning and development objectives to the HR team.

    More about you.

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
    • At least 7 years in a similar learning and development role.
    • Track record managing and influencing people.
    • Exceptional written and spoken English skills.
    • Experienced and confident workshop facilitator.
