    Learning and Development Manager (m/f/d) Sales & Delivery EMEA

    The Role
    The Learning and Development Manager, Sales & Delivery EMEA is a critical and exciting role overseeing identification, design and delivery of the learning and development curriculum and interventions to meet the developing needs of our Sales and Delivery teams, in pursuit of Tesla’s mission. The key focus of this role is building excellent relationships with our internal stakeholders, understanding, and supporting current needs, as well as capturing future capability requirements into an overall learning and development agenda and strategic roadmap. You will be working with our internal stakeholders to identify appropriate learning and development
    programs. You will lead the management of the end-to-end implementation, effective timely design to delivery of the interventions whilst making sure we are as cost effective as possible.
    You are a highly organized people leader, who can confidently manage and oversee projects
    within set deadlines, as well as on-going cooperation with all stakeholders.
    Responsibilities
    • Develop Learning & Development strategy plans for EMEA Sales & Delivery by partnering with functional and market leadership teams to identify capability levels and gaps that affect our performance.
    • Manage team of Learning designers and serve as center of excellence for learning and development content design, delivery, and evaluation in EMEA
    • Strategically assess the capability and capacity of current field teams in close collaboration with Market Leaders and People Development team to support interventions and development support
    • Deliver interventions to ensure that our current field employees and emerging field leaders have appropriate experience and capability as individuals and as a team, to fulfil the organization’s strategic ambitions.
    • Ensure effective and timely implementation of programs by Market Learning and Development Partners in collaboration with Market / local leaders.
    • Draw insights about the external learning and training marketplace and consider relevance of blended learning options such as coaching, mentoring, on-the-job training, classroom training, e-learning etc.
    • Ensure partnership of Market Learning Partners and HRBPs to support and develop the talent pool by coaching them on their career and development plans
    • Continually seek improvement in the organization’s learning and talent development offering to maximize impact and meet evolving requirements of the business
    • Lead design and delivery of a blended learning and development approach for the team which meets the business requirements.
    • Ongoing design and optimization of L&D interventions and curriculum programs
    • Ensure effective management of team expenses, training budget, ensuring return on investment
    • Generate commitment to L&D frameworks and practices which enable the establishment of a learning culture
    • Facilitate internal learning events and workshops, coordinating logistics of programs/sessions and delivering content as appropriate.
    • Strategic focus on evaluating learning impacts; Pilot and evaluate learning and talent development initiatives for effectiveness, business relevance and efficiency, and continually seek ways to improve learning activity.

    Requirements
    • Excellent knowledge of effective best practice learning and development methods/techniques
    • Proven experience of using and implementing e-learning platforms and learning management systems
    • Excellent project management skills.
    • Strategic and operational Learning and development program management
    • Experience of managing costs and ensuring ROI
    • Professional certification - CIPD/CTP (or equivalent) preferable
    • A coaching qualification is desirable.
    • Builds rapport and robust relationships at all levels
    • Experience of senior stakeholder management
    • Ability to build rapport with employees, managers
    • Communicates clearly and persuasively at all levels of the organization
    • Business acumen – deep insight and a thorough understanding of the business environment/industry in which the business operates
    • Strong people manager and leader with demonstrable ability to coach and develop team members.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
    • Flexible to travel as needed.
    • Excellent written and spoken English. Additional European language a plus.
    • Excellent skills with Microsoft Office packages
