You are our first Learning and Development (L&D) Manager who is going to develop an L&D strategy and implement it together with the team. There is a big need from the entire organization to boost our L&D, so the red carpet is rolled out for you! Who are we? We are the market leader in the Benelux and are now conquering the rest of the world. You’ll work (partly) from our cool and renovated HQ in Utrecht. Check our Instagram to find out more! * What will your role be?* Personal and professional growth is part of our DNA, and that’s where you’ll come in. You’ll be part of the HR team as our L&D expert. Your role entails the entire strategy, improving growth paths, and everything that has to do with it! We already have L&D activities and structure in place, but we want to improve and extend the activities enormously. More specifically, you will:
Proactively identify every department's needs and find/create the right training.
Improve the current structure for sharing knowledge about our tool internally in collaboration with our Knowledge Specialist. This includes onboarding, support teams in creating training and materials and support trainers.
Develop a leadership development program to support our leadership team.
Improve the follow up in our current learning programs we offer like LinkedIn learning and Insights Discovery.
Improve the way we do performance reviews and make development plans, and set up training or give training yourself in how to hold conversations about performance.
Come up with and implement plenty more ideas. Here are some examples we already thought of: quarterly knowledge days, external speakers about trending topics, mentor or buddy program, creating a feedback and learning culture. You name it! But we’re also open to your ideas.
Who are you?
It’s most important that you are a true team player and you can easily get your coworkers on board. You are at your best in a fast changing environment, and you enjoy being part of the team and our culture. Furthermore:
You have at least 3 years of experience in an L&D position
You have experience in managing company wide projects. Even more importantly, you are very good at it : -)
A fast changing environment like ours is not new to you
You live in the Netherlands with a valid work permit
Experience with giving training yourself is a nice to have

What do we offer?
Monthly salary between €3500 and €4500 with a company-wide bonus up to 10% of your salary.
