You will be responsible for the creation, delivery and success of our training programmes focusing on best recruitment and sales practices that align with the development of our growth of our people and company
You will have full ownership around developing hands on succession plans to help team members forge their career path and provide coaching for managers
Your instructional design will also focus on creating learning and development tools for the People & Operations team and Marketing team
You will design and manage the core training requirements for all employees surrounding our values
You will be responsible for tracking ROI, managing the L&D budget and staying on top of the latest L&D practices and trends
You will partner with leaders across the organisation to understand and tailor your trainings and objectives to their needs for success
You’ll act as the go to person within the business for anyone with questions regarding their training and development plans and identify emerging talent within the organisation
You will harness and maintain partnerships with external training providers
Of course there are no rules or guidelines that work every time, but so far we have experienced the following to work well:
A leader and nurturer – You are a warm person who people gravitate towards and possess the emotional intelligence to help people grow
Experience – You have ideally 3+ years of experience working as a hands-on Learning & Development Manager, Consultant or Coach from a recruitment agency or similar sales focused environment
Passion for innovation – you have familiarity with e-learning platforms, practices, and understand of ROI analysis and coaching skills that don't get stale
You do things differently – You pursue opportunities without regard to resources currently controlled. You are a team player and fit a scale-up culture which is entrepreneurial and challenging
A BSc/BA in Business, Psychology HR or related field
Fluent and a strong command of the business side of English
Funny and kind – You are genuinely kind and like a joke or two. We work hard and spend a lot of time together – we want to have fun along the way!
