    Lead Talent Acquisition (all genders)

    The People unit is responsible for the development and implementation of the People strategy, consultancy for the board and management on personnel-related matters (business partner) and state of the art people services to management and employees. The People Unit supports TenneT in its ambition to rank among the top employers in our sector through the high number of sustainably engaged employees.

For the coming years, efforts will focus on the international exchange and development of talent, sustainable employability, fair and transparent employment conditions policy, as well as on a high level of customer satisfaction for People as a 'partner in business'. By developing one face and one People service portfolio for management and employees, international cooperation within TenneT and efficiency within People are facilitated.

    TenneT is growing fast to realize its strategic ambitions. We play a leading role in driving the energy transition. We are looking for a passionate Lead Talent Acquisition who will contribute to this and that might be you?

    Your contribution to TenneT

    • Lead and guide the Recruiters within the Talent Acquisition Team, all in tune with the Lead of the department
    • Execute Talent Acquisition processes for assigned units / target groups
    • Execute / coordinate implementation of key improvement initiatives as part of the People strategy (eg. recruitment marketing, campaigns, process / system improvements)
    • Monitor and steer effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment activities, portfolio and results
    • Manage and further develop cooperations with external parties, such as agencies, brokers, universities and student associations

    The Lead Talent Acquisition NL reports to the Lead of the Talent Acquisition department, who is overall responsible for the whole team.

    Your Profile and background

    • Bachelor or Academic working and thinking level and a relevant degree; advanced courses in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and/or Business Administration incl. knowledge of state-of-the-art Talent Acquisition processes and tools as well as expertise around the Dutch labour market
    • Operational HR / Talent Acquisition leadership experience and well-developed competencies which embody the leadership principles Connection, Ownership and Courage
    • Capable of being a trusted partner and advisor for a great number of internal and external stakeholders on different levels and capable of being a representative of TenneT
    • Creative mindset, strategic thinking, tackles and finds motivation in solving complex challenges in a pragmatic way, able to inspire the team for maximum teamwork and performance
    • Excellent language skills, both in English and in Dutch; basic language skills in German
