    • You are the voice of our customers and will advocate, on your everyday, for the growth and maturation of customer-centric company in every decision that is made: solving real problems is at the heart of what you do.
    • Contribute to projects through the application of your extensive knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand customer behaviour and future needs;
    • You'll be fundamental in supporting stakeholders across multiple teams as a strategic partner, identifying where and how research can be most helpful, most impactful and also when not appropriate as a response to a problem;
    • Collaborate with designers, product owners and engineers to guarantee we are building the right solutions for our customers needs and aspirations;
    • Inspire, motivate, give purpose and empower the rest of the experience design team to be confident in the why's behind what we build;
    • Operationalize the research function and implement strategic initiatives that can drive the UX Research maturity, while growing and coaching your team members;
    • Help other disciplines understand the business value of research, and how it can drive product growth.

    Who we're looking for:

    • Deeply empathetic and passionate for solving real people problems, with 6+ years of experience in research, of which 1 (at least) you have managed other researchers;
    • Highly collaborative team member, who enjoys being at the center of the stage guiding audiences on how to put the customer at the heart of every product decision;
    • Owner who can conceptualize, scope, plan and execute all kinds of research studies with speed, dexterity and scale, along with the ability to quickly steer direction if needed;
    • Storyteller, with strong ability to present and showcase complex topics and findings to the wider organization and many different departments;
    • Knowledged in both end-to-end, iterative and user-centric design process, as well as lean UX practices;
    • Background in Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, Psychology, Sociology, Design or a related field and/or equivalent practical experience;
    • A keen interest in a new paradigm for financial freedom;
    • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
