What is the work:
Lead consultant is to keep clients satisfied with the company's services through executing projects, fixing any reliability
issues, tracking service metrics, aligning budgets and helping junior professionals responsible for getting services delivered
to clients.
- Serve as contact for customer inquiries and concerns
- Serve as an intermediary between the customer, the local team Europe and the Development team in China
- Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion
- Help in selecting a solution for the customers’ needs
- Providing technical consultancy and support to software development team
- Assist with solving technical problems when they arise
- Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure
- Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestion
- Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals
- Supporting and presenting sales pitches to the decision makers
- Provide product knowledge to the Sales team if necessary
- Represent the company in a professional manner and build good relationships with clients to the company’s benefit
- Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth
- Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs
- Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving
- Support to make critical business decisions to meet customer expectations
- Develop scope and budget for delivery projects
- Coach junior teams to take accountability for delivery, risk and issue management and so on
Who You Are:
Minimum 3 years or more of ERP consulting (Oracle, SAP and/or Microsoft technologies) – hands-on with customization capabilities
Advanced knowledge in Europe specific (“local”) requirements (Tax, fiscal, SII, etc.)
Excellent communication skills and customer facing sills, both verbal and written
Fluent English speaking is a must, German/Chinese/other European language is a plus
Basic understanding of strategic IT solutions and GDPR
Bachelor’s degree or above
Experience in working in a team in a distributed model across multiple projects
Experience in working for multiple clients at a time
Willing to travel and work internationally through Europe (once a while to Shanghai)
Preferably equip with basic GDPR knowledge but not a must
If you could be a project manager as well, it’s a pleasant surprise but not a must
Preferred
- Experience in cloud technologies
- Knowledge of integration solutions
- Experience in working for European customers
- Familiarity with various IT infrastructures, operation systems and databases
- Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures
- Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes

- Enjoy international (Dutch, German, Chinese mostly) team and working environment
- Take initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation
- Eager to learn multiple PM methodologies
- Flexibility and the ability to think on their feet is essential
- Good Presentation skills
- Speaking and writing fluent English is must. Dutch, German and French are good to have. Chinese speaking is highly preferred due to the nature of our business and customers.
