Lead Content Strategists at EPAM are self-managing role models responsible for driving the content strategy stream on complex high-profile digital projects – everything from new website designs to migration, to omni-channel strategies. You will lead workshops and client meetings, and provide oversight and strategy to processes and projects.
What You’ll Do
Design and lead content strategy workshops and working sessions with clients and colleagues and create content strategies (along with KPIs) which support audience, business and brand goals
Create content strategy deliverables such as content audits and inventories, page tables, structured content models and taxonomies
Define content governance models and workflows
Ensure content conforms to SEO best practices
Create structured content for CMS implementers
Create taxonomies and frameworks for grouping and tagging content
Coach and train team members
What You Have
Professional experience as a Content Strategist, ideally in an agency environment
A sound understanding of content strategy’s role in the digital design process
