As Lead Business Analyst, you will be leading a team of Business Analysts in multiple functional areas and manage software projects and teams ensuring optimal software functionality and quality. You will collaborate with business counterparts to ensure successful implementation of projects and systems. The emphasis will be on the European requests and projects, but these can also be globally oriented. Daily work will include leading the team and projects, mentoring, delegating tasks, determining training requirements and goals.
Understanding and following Applied Medical’s Quality Systems (QS) and complying with safety rules and Company policies as per training
Leading the team of Business Analysts in multiple functional areas
Preferably lead one functional area
Communicate with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and quality assurance analysts
Learn our business processes and facilitate software solution design
Driving business value by implementing effective technology solutions in different functional areas
Ensuring software solutions are designed and developed to perform as intended and are implemented according to the project schedule
Assist in issue resolution and risk mitigation for projects
Drive (technical) improvements in various functional processes
Support and enhance enterprise systems such as SAP
Support the team to improve individual and team performance, including performance reviews/appraisals
Focus on proper documentation of solutions, ensuring that the software meets the needs of end users and achieves business goals and adhere to Software Development Life Cycle best practices
Completed IT related Bachelor’s degree
Gained at least 5 years’ work experience leading, designing, and deploying software applications
Experience in leading a team for at least 2 years
Experience managing enterprise systems in different functional areas
Hands-on experience in a related field using one or more SAP modules, or equivalent
Associate level SAP Certification, or equivalent, in one or more application area preferred
Experience working in an Agile software development environment
Is fluent in English (Dutch or German language skills would be a plus), both verbal and written
