About the job
As Key Account Manager Out of Home Coffee & Catering you are responsible for the joint business impact, your goal is to achieve maximum and healthy growth in the FMCG unit through a clear strategy and close collaboration with these customers. Your main responsibilities are:
Develop a strategy and account plan for the Out of Home coffee channel. You apply your up-to-date knowledge about the latest trends and developments in the foodservice market;
Development of the plant-based category by entering into partnerships (acquisition and expanding relationships) with customers within the total coffee channel, including coffee roasters, national and large regional coffee chains, national caterers and all relevant stakeholders within this channel;
Develop short and long term growth plans for the Danone brands. You show us that you can make a strong contribution from your sales expertise to achieve the objectives of the internal "growth" team;
Develop and execute a negotiation strategy with the aim of creating optimal value for both your customers and Danone;
Develop strong relationships with the stakeholders within the assigned Coffee & catering accounts, resulting in achieving the customer's goals.
You have a Bachelor or Master Degree and at least 2-3 years commercial experience in a (key) account management role, preferably in the FMCG industry in the Dutch market.
You are a strong relationship builder, both internally and externally. You are ambitious and a strong negotiator. In addition, you are also a team player who thinks in terms of opportunities in a creative and innovative way.
You have passion and/or affinity with coffee and you speak & write Dutch & English fluently.
