    Key Account Specialist

    What are you going to do?


    For this position, your responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following, 


    • Order management
    • Managing the customer orders from receiving to preparing and reporting.
    • Coordinating with the warehouse to prepare the freight.
    • Transportation management
    • Arranging outbound trucking from booking to tracing and communicating with the trucking company for any needs.
    • Shipment management
    • Communicating with the consignee regarding the shipment status from pre-departure to finishing delivery.
    • Tracking the shipment status with the service providers to keep the overview of the in-transit shipments.
    • Customer service: being the first contact point for our customer regarding orders, shipments, or other requested tasks.
    • Administration: Keeping good records of all the operation data and assisting monthly invoicing and report preparation.

    Who are we looking for?

    • 1-2 years of experience in warehousing / Logistics industry preferred.
    • Good team player and self-motivated.
    • Organizational and decision-making skills
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
    • Be able to write and speak in English and Dutch.
