Junior Practical Facilitator - Marketing and Communications (1.0 FTE)

NHG is expanding at a fast pace therefore, we need a creative and innovative individual on our team who will facilitate the creation of our new “house style”, as well as create new marketing and communication strategies that will cover our various business units. We seek an individual with a Bachelor’s degree in the field of International Hotel Management, a minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar position, preferably as a Marketing and Communications representative or manager in an international hospitality environment, with an exceptional command of the English and Dutch language. (English Cambridge level B2 minimum preferably C1).
What we offer:
NHG offers a salary for this position depending on relevant experience and education within the scale VII of the Higher Professional Education (HBO) €2,318.56 - €3,139.09 gross per month for a full-time job. NHG also offers attractive terms and conditions including many opportunities in personal and career development, participation in collective health insurance and an employee vitality plan. Other conditions include a structural end of year bonus of 8.3%, paid parental leave, a bicycle scheme, 7-week holiday excluding public holidays, work from home and travel compensation as well as other insurance schemes.
The position is initially for a period of one year but can be extended after successful completion of this period. A one-month trial will also be considered. Commencement of duties per direct is preferable.
