    Junior Office Manager

    For our ambitious, fast growing team in Amsterdam, we are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Office Manager. Working in the People team, you take care of creating an office environment where HelloFresh employees can thrive in their work. This means that you will use your strong communication and organizational skills to handle day-to-day requests and cater to the needs of employees. In addition, you will implement your planning skills and creativity to organize the most fun and inspiring events, really driving employee engagement.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Rolling up your sleeves & jumping into all Amsterdam office related tasks, ensuring our office environment is a great place to work
    • Responding to our colleagues and guests' requests with speed and a smile, you'll be the first point of contact
    • Liaising with property owners and other tenants, resolving challenges and keeping our stakeholders happy
    • Managing the stocks of important office supplies - we love coffee!
    • Putting our colleagues in the spotlight for important moments (Birthdays, Anniversaries and more!
    • Sharing your creative ideas for team sessions, fun events and other projects
    • Implementing projects in response to Happiness Survey data findings for example events, wellness activities or improving our workspace
    • Supporting our Kitchen Hero with setup of lunches when needed
    • Supporting on Internal communications for example People newsletter or events

    What you'll bring to the team:

    • Experience working with different stakeholders, you have a people and customer focused mindset
    • You tackle daily challenges with a can-do attitude, whether that is dealing with last-minute event organization or changing a lightbulb, you roll up your sleeves and get things done
    • Strong planning and organization skills
    • You're creative, able to improvise and stay calm under pressure
    • Strong motivation to work at HelloFresh
    • Fluent in English and Dutch
