    Vacancy description
    • Be the HR sparring partner for the line manager(s), supporting them locally on people and organisation related questions, interventions and challenges;
    • Assist in running the Performance Management and Talent cycle, ensuring application of all HR tools and processes in a compliant and timely manner (e.g. calibration sessions and updating and consolidation of succession plans);
    • Ensure accuracy of data in HoRizon, and extract insights from data to support the business with valuable insights in people topics;
    • Support and contribute to the implementation and execution of strategic HR projects, cooperating with HR Business Partners
    • Contribute fully and proactively to HR policies, processes and procedures, and share feedback in the spirit of continuous improvement
    • Support line management in creating high-performance teams by bringing right people on right place and make sure line management are leveraging HR Centre and HRS processes to their full potential;
    • Coach and mirror local line managers on creating the required win-win culture
