Junior Country Manager Netherlands (m/f/d) remote job
This position is location-independent and not limited to Berlin. It is available for part-time or full-time employment. However, a minimum of 20 hours per week is required.
Volders is coming to the Netherlands! We are already serving millions of happy customers in Germany. Our next big step is offering our service to Dutch consumers. Join our team as a Junior Country Manager and support us with your expertise on the expansion. Together, we will add Dutch flavor to our product and provide Dutch customers with an excellent user experience.
What we do
We make consumers feel good about their contracts and subscriptions. Customers can easily manage and cancel their contracts with just a few clicks. Our goal is to be better at canceling contracts and subscriptions than anyone else, including the customer. We want to provide the simplest customer experience for our customers’ needs, get the cancellations confirmed as quickly and reliably as possible, and offer our service at the lowest possible price.
Your role at Volders
You translate our website to Dutch and adapt our service to the new market.
You make sure we are providing relevant vendors on our platform by updating our database.
You guide our current customer service on extending templates and tailoring processes to Dutch customers.
You support us with research on topics like consumer behavior, competitors, and law.
What you will bring to the table
You have written and verbal C2 level Dutch skills and C1 English skills.
You feel comfortable translating business content from English or German to Dutch.
You have completed business or marketing relates studies, an commercial related apprenticeship, or have gained equivalent work experience.
A plus is first work experience as a working student, intern, or in a junior position in a startup or an e-commerce company.
A plus would be knowledge of the Dutch market and its user behavior.
