    Junior Content Coordinator (0,4-0,6 FTE)

    ERIKS is looking for a junior content coordinator to join our Marketing Europe team for 2-3 days per week.

    This role is perfect for a marketing student, a marketing starter, or a freelancer looking for a job on the side.

    As the Marketing Europe team, we support the overarching goals for our 5 main European markets. We do this by creating campaigns, running advertising, increasing conversion, analyzing data, creating email flows, and writing content. We’re a team of 9 people divided over 2 countries.

    For our Content & SEO team we are looking for someone to manage, coordinate, and own content processes and workflows. Ramping up the production of high quality content is one of our main focuses right now. You will be the person to smooth things out and shift our content engine into the next gear.

    What you will do:

    You will work directly with our Content & SEO manager, as well as other team members of the Marketing Europe team. Besides them, you will also often interact with freelancers, agencies, local marketing teams, and business experts throughout the ERIKS organization.

    • You manage the content calendar for ERIKS, adding new content that is being written, and keeping track of items in progress.
    • You manage and coordinate project management duties for content, including translations, content approvals by business experts, coordinating design with our agency, and more.
    • You support in creating and improving content processes and management systems. This can include our style guide, content briefs, workflows, etc., etc.
    • You manage content creation projects, which will mostly be focused on written assets (e-books, reports, whitepapers). This can later be expanded to webinars and newsletters.
    • Basic analysis of content performance through Google Analytics and keyword research through Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Keyword Surfer.
    • Reporting on content performance to internal ERIKS stakeholders.

    In this role you will mostly be coordinating content, evaluating performance, and report on content performance. You will not be creating content yourself.


    • You have an interest in content, which shows through your studies, side activities, or previous jobs
    • You have a basic grasp of what content is, why it is important for a business, and how content is brought to life
    • Since it’s mostly a coordinating role, you are an organized person that’s not afraid to ask for something twice if you need it to progress
    • You’ll be working with many different people from many different teams, so we’d really like you to not be people shy
    • You adhere to the idea of ‘done, is better than perfect’
    • After we guide you into the role, you can take care of things on your own
    • A good command of the English language, English is our main language
