The Global Brand & Creative Team is a strategic & creative marketing function that is responsible for building a bold, compelling, and consistent consumer-centric brand for Bugaboo. With both brand marketing and creative teams under one roof, we develop brand guidelines, brand campaigns, media assets, digital content, pack design, consumer facing literature and master communication assets for local implementation. The role of Junior Brand Designer is a creative role that supports in the development of marketing and communication concepts, layouts, artworks, and assets for predominantly online channels. The role helps to ensure that all brand communication across digital and social media, ecommerce, website, CRM etc. meets established standards for appearance and builds a strong connection with consumers. The role works closely with other marketing, creative and digital functions such as the Global Brand Team, Dot Com and Ecommerce, Paid Media teams, local creative resource in-market and external agencies. Key accountabilities:
Work within the global brand guidelines to create design concepts and layouts that reinforce the brand’s style and voice through visual and digital touchpoints;
Support the Head of Creative’s team through allocated work via; Design, Digital Design & DTP stakeholders;
Collaborate with the Brand & Creative, Digital Media, CRM and Website teams to create digital campaigns, assets and activations with a focus on dotcom, email, social, paid media and ecommerce;
Adhere to quality work standards, production process, scheduling, and deadlines set by the team;
Keep up to date with industry standards/best practices and digital design methodologies. Identify opportunities for application on creative initiatives.
* Educational background in in Graphic & Design (multimedia);
Proficient in — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Keynote (Figma and After Effects is a plus);
Good project management skills;
Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal.
