Junior Brand & Customer Manager Oncology

The Junior Brand & Customer Manager (Jnr BCM) is a developmental role and will support the strategies and marketing efforts for new and existing indications within our oncology portfolio for the Netherlands. The Jnr BCM will work across different indications, lines and markets with all parts of our organization and our partners.
You will be a key member of the Oncology Marketing Team responsible for supporting the development and taking the lead in implementation of tactical marketing plans for selected indications, supporting the achievement of the commercial objectives. The development and implementation of commercialization strategies is done in close collaboration with the marketing teams in our division, as well as with the regional marketing teams. You will be reporting into the Commercial Operations Lead.
Key accountability is to customize and implement, through appropriate leadership, direction and action, agreed global/regional existing and new indications strategies and commercialization plans by:
Contributing to the preparation, monitoring, tracking, implementation of the marketing plans for existing and new indications. Leveraging digital marketing capabilities and customer experimentation
Develop materials based on global or regional material for a personalized selection of customers by segment priorities.
Contribute to the asset tracking and management of local promotional budgets.
Contribute to the monitoring and tracking sales trends national and local initiatives.
Contribute to the development of a stakeholder strategy and stakeholder plans; including innovative value-added propositions.
Build, maintain and deepen long-term relationships with key stakeholders / customers by maintaining close contact and cooperation with other relevant departments, establishing a high degree of credibility with external and internal stakeholders.
Taking the lead on monitoring marketing activities, coordination of data collection and interpretation, and preparation of the results for informed decision making.
Leveraging an omni-channel approach to meet the changing customer needs for new ways of consuming content.
Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement).
You have experience and strong affinity with digital marketing and customer experimentation.
You have strong communicative skills, to create and carry out action plans in matrix cross-functional team structures.
You exhibit strong leadership, problem solving, project planning, teamwork, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills.
You should also be willing to travel within the region and work cross-culturally.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
