    Jr Program Manager

    The task of facilitating access to treatment for patients with an unmet medical need involves gathering individuals from a wide range of pharma, tech, medical and business-oriented fields. In this incredibly dynamic environment, we are looking for a team player with the same values, right skill set and motivation.

    As Junior Program Manager, your main responsibility is to ensure (global) access to the products within our portfolio via smooth running expanded access programs. You act as first point of contact for drug developers and will be responsible for managing all aspects of the program, from set-up to execution and delivery. This, with full operational support from cross functional departments consisting of medical affairs, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, compliance, supply chain and marketing. To you, a deadline is a deadline.

    This role is based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.


    Your key-responsibilities:

    • Be the primary contact person for a product/program for internal and external stakeholders
    • Keep oversight and manage all the ongoing activities regarding that program
    • Improve (operational) processes as needed
    • Create detailed timelines including deliverables, milestones and objectives and ensure that deadlines are being met
    • Monitor stock and forecasts together with the supply chain department
    • Create and share program reports for clients
    • Develop strong relations and trust with all stakeholders and keep them up to date on the process/progress of your program

    • A university degree in life sciences
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and networking skills; fluency in English
    • Strong organizational skills
    • A positive mindset and a proactive attitude
    • Excellent time management skills
    • The ability to:
