    Job description

    The IT Service Desk Student will provide first and second line technical support to internal staff. The successful candidate will require an aptitude for working with applications/systems to undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of staff problems, which may range from straightforward to more complicated technical issues. There is also a range of administration duties within this role.

    Responsibilities

    • Accepting incoming calls on technical issues and problem cases
    • Processing requests in the role of 1st and 2nd line support
    • Stock and asset management
    • Asset audit
    • Ticket management and documentation
    • General operational support of the department in day-to-day business and in projects

    Requirements

    • Student (m / f) in the field of (business) computer science or comparable
    • Some practical experience in the IT Support / Help Desk
    • Basic technology knowledge and ideally a strong IT affinity and service orientation
    • Independent, proactive way of working
    • Good communication skills and no fear of direct customer contact
    • Very good knowledge of Dutch and English in spoken and written
