    IT Platform Lead Cooperative Affairs

    We are looking for an aspiring IT leader to lead our Cooperative Affairs (CA) service unit end-to-end. You will leverage our technical capabilities to envision our new CA technology roadmap within the IT Organization, as well as grow digital practice that helps maximize company value and drive user satisfaction for Cooperative Affairs.


    The company has embarked on an ambitious strategy of ‘Our Purpose, Our Plan’. The goal is to Win in the market, whereby technology and digital solutions are the key enablers for our organization to outperform in the market every day. Being the C&A platform lead you will be providing ICT services via Cooperative Affairs (CA) for our member farmers with regards to milk planning, milk collection, milk quality, payments and relationships management. Think on scale, your scope will impact 19000 famers, 10.5 billon kg milk (1200 ton per hour all year long!), € 3.5 billion payments. RFC farmer processes are leading the dairy industry, faultless “Always On” execution of its processes is a must.

    To be successful in this role, you need to demonstrate a few traits and expertise in

    • Delivering excellent IT solutions & services in a complex environment.
    • High level of conceptual and strategic thinking
    • Experiences in defining vision, strategy and managing budget
    • Knowledge of FrieslandCampina and/or knowledge of the dairy sector is an advantage
    • Experience of leading cross functional teams and strong people management skills
    • Inspirational leadership style
    • Strong communication and expertise in managing relationships with business customers at all levels
    • Experience of working with third party vendors
    • You are familiar with complex IT architecture, processes and systems. Can translate business processes into IT solutions
    • Project management skills, and working knowledge in Agile Scrum will be an advantage
    • Fluently Dutch speaking

You will perform as a trusty business partner to understand their process or tools impediments and help bridge issues into technology possibilities.
