    IT Data Analyst

    As Data Analyst, you are responsible for creating value from business driven data and analytics initiatives. An important task is to support the business and other stakeholders in their data-driven objectives. You will help the business in identifying use cases and prioritize them based on feasibility and value. The Data Analyst helps with the development of a minimum viable product. You will also make sure the key users adopt the service and/or product.

    As Data Analyst you will;
    • Inspire stakeholders on data analytics and business intelligence capabilities.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to identify and define KPI’s and improvements in business information delivery;
    • Support a culture of decision-making based of analytic insights
    • Recommend, develop, implement and support information dashboards, business intelligence and reporting capabilities.
    • Monitor data usage patterns to discover opportunities for improvement;
    • Manage expectations of stakeholders to align on timelines and deliverables.
    • Instruct key users how to use newly developed capabilities;
    • Translate business requirements into actionable plan for the development team
    • Determine required capacity in IT Infrastructure to facilitate developed business solutions
    • Ensure a holistic approach to data is guaranteed to serve the best interest of the organisation

    In this role, you will report directly to the Section Head ICT Solutions.


    A Data Analyst with strong communication and listening skills. A senior professional who is creative and has innovative power. Furthermore, you will have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical- or business processes discipline.
    • Over 5 years of relevant experience.
    • Computer literacy for relevant applications (as per requirements).
    • Competence in Data Analytics
    • Familiar with Scrum and Agile working methods is great to have.
    • Good knowledge of Bluewater procedures/systems.
