The IT Compliance Manager will manage the IT Compliance team. The IT compliance team is positioned within the IT Security team and the IT Compliance manager will report to the IT Security Manager.

The IT Compliance manager will manage:

• 4 IT Auditors (of which 2 are internal)
• Program Manager
• Additional other consultants staff/assignments/contractors

The IT Compliance Manager will be working closely together with the Manager Internal Control.

Project:

Purpose:

• Show that bol.com is in control on IT & IT Security with as little red tape as possible

Challenges:

• Bol.com is currently preparing for a partial sub-IPO – which will put more emphasis on IT Compliance
• Facilitate & help the organization towards being demonstrable in control in a scalable manner
• Transition from project/program approach towards business as usual

Daily tasks:

• Managing the IT Compliance team and all related tasks (incl. people management and coaching of the IT Auditors)
• Keeping oversight on all incoming audits that affect IT or IT Security
• Prepare proposals for control implementations and manage the roll-out
• Manage steering committees and similar meetings together with the Program Manager

Professional skills:

• Well versed in IT Compliance, ITGC’s should hold no secrets
• Good project management skills (scoping, phasing, structuring, planning, etc)
• RE or similar

Personal skills:

• Excellent communicator and able to take people along on all levels of the organization (c-level to engineering community)
• Able to bring structure & share the bigger picture
• Managing stakeholders within bol.com and outside bol.com (Ahold Delhaize; external auditors)

Experience

• Big4 experience on Sr Manager or (preferably) Director level
• Experience with overseeing large change programs
• Experience with agile working organizations (startups, tech culture, engineering community)
• Experience with listed companies and preferably IPO’s
