What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for selling Oracle Cloud technology and related services to a defined set of Clients. We have the finest cloud infrastructure in market and are ready to help our customer and SaaS providers operate and innovate on our cloud platform.
Working with clients your goal is to ensure that we as a partner has in depth understanding of their business model, DevOps and production environment, advantages and challenges. With this understanding and support of engineering team you are to develop a solution, design and commercial offer that exceeds customer expectations and led to Oracle Cloud adoption.
Learn and know in depth ISV business model and production system with its advantages and challenges
Address identified challenges and business opportunities with right Oracle cloud offer
Build lasting relationships with senior Customer contacts – Chief Technology Officer, Head of development and operations
Engage vast Oracle resources and expertise, including cloud engineering teams for design, technology demo, proof and Customer onboarding to OCI
Develop and execute a sales plan that provides complete territory coverage
Develop appropriate sales programs and solutions; maintain up-to-date competitive information and compile regional success stories
Be accountable for sales forecast, linearity and cloud contract growth
Develop in-depth Oracle technology knowledge especially in the areas of competitive advantage

Deliver a weekly forecasting cadence that provide visibility to Oracles leadership of sales pipeline status and plan to achieve target bookings and usage, as well as upside and risks to achieving targets Build, Develop and maintain relationships with selected customers and ISVs, to bring application(s) to Oracle cloud platform (OCI)
Create, drive and own account plans for the selected ISVs in collaboration with other teams.
Evangelize all Oracle Cloud IaaS and PaaS services across the territory with the help and support from solution engineering teams.
Identify the correct contractual models to enable more business for our ISV partners and Oracle
At least 5 years of quota-carrying sales experience in cloud technology and/or platform sales.
Language skills: Dutch and strong English speaking skills.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts).
Primary job duty is to sell technology software products and related services in a defined territory. Identifies, qualifies and closes new opportunities. Manages accounts including the entire sales process from business development prospecting and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support. Leverages the Oracle sales model to maximize revenue growth and increase local market share. Builds and expands business partner revenue and self sufficiency.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years applicable experience including 7 years of technology sales experience. Ability to forecast, manage sales expenses, and successfully close new Oracle business. Business development, prospecting and presentation skills. Excellent communication skills and problem solving ability. Proven track record of exceeding sales objective and territory/account development. Experience as the focal point for clients for all sales and related issues. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle*s competitors. Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.
