Job Summary
- The Inventory Coordinator has administrative responsibility for all aspects of inventory movements & planning. Keeping the inventory in sync between ERP and the 3PL’s WMS. Manage the cycle count process with the 3PL.
- The coordinator in cooperation with the manager will set inventory targets to ensure desired service and inventory levels are achieved, as well as create run-out plans for discontinued products.
- These activities include maintaining inventory settings and adjustments in ERP, publishing weekly and monthly reports to sales, planning and finance and facilitating cross-functional reviews.
- Coordinating the Sample process for all TOMS EMEA seasonal samples, from purchasing correct quantities, receiving, picking & packing and shipping to sales representatives, customers and agencies.
- Back up for logistics coordinator who is responsible for coordinating Inbound shipments, warehouse activities and Outbound transport.
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of the logistics and Demand Planning team.
Essential Functions
- Day to day inventory management, refresh analytical inventory targets by SKU location, including updates to all relevant parameters in system - 60% of time spent
- Supporting day-to-day operations logistics and Demand Planning team. - 25% of time spent
- Lead weekly/monthly cross-functional inventory reviews with stakeholders - 5% of time spent
- Ad hoc analysis and other duties as assigned - 5% of time spent
- seasonal sample management - 5% of time spent
Essential Requirements & Qualifications
- Intermediate level of inventory Management is desired, 3-5 years
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, 3-5 years' experience
- Knowledge of SAP, supply chain business analytics, SAP BI, Sales and Operations Planning is an advantage
Special Requirements
- MBO+
- Native level of the English language, both verbal as in writing, any additional language is an advantage - preferred
- Minimal 3 years of related work experience, preferably in the footwear or apparel industry - preferred
- Ability to thrive in an environment with evolving processes and a high degree of ambiguity - required
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to synthesize data into comprehensive reports for all levels of staff, team player mentality - required
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management in a professional manner- required
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision- required
- Exceptional Follow-through - preferred
