    About the Job


    We are currently offering an internship at the heart of Global Supply Chain Performance animation in an open and international environment. You will be working on digitalization and automation of KPI reporting, and you will identify opportunities for improving the performance across the Specialized Nutrition S&OP network. In this role you will be supervised by the S&OP Performance Manager. As part of your scope you will be working with business units and factories around the world.     Key responsibilities:


    • He/she will also be leading improvement & transformation projects in the digital area to ensure Danone needs are well covered & up to date with current technologies such as PBI
    • He/she is responsible for the global supply chain performance & key metrics digitalization, Automatization & optimization such as CSL, FAB-DOH, 3M bias, MTO performance by developing and implementing solution for both SP & CBU
    • He/she will be leading/animating key plate-forms/meetings to drive business continuity, raise & tackle critical issues across the network and set up improvements actions in order to ensure the achievement of the digitalization & systems projects.

    We are searching for a candidate with strong data management skills and analytical mindset, who’s able to utilize BI and relevant tools to provide efficient and accurate reporting. Additionally, your eye for detail and logical mindset allows you to spot critical information in the data provided, supporting you in gathering useful insights that can be transformed into solutions. You are a fast learner, team player, have positive energy and ability to prioritize to always meet deadlines. You are not afraid to challenge situations and bring your own ideas forward in order to act proactively in a fast-paced environment. Your strong communication skills enable you to have clear and effective communication with stakeholders.


    There are also some compulsory requirements:


    • Enrolled as a Masters student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
    • Ideally available to start in 1st of February 2022 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;
    • You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
    • You are able to work from Hoofddorp, NL if the COVID-19 situation allows us to go to the office.
    • Please note that you are expected to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

    What will you learn during your internship with us?


    • Integrated Business Management - S&OP in a complex FMCG network
    • Monitoring and reporting essential Key Performance Indicators
    • Data management by utilizing BI tools

    We offer a gross monthly internship allowance* of 450 (HBO students) or 550 (University students) euros per month and a contribution towards travel if required. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.


    • Please be aware that you must acquire a BSN number to receive the full internship allowance.
