As our new EU Productivity intern you will join an international and diverse team that operates across all Danone brands to drive productivity (cost saving). As part of the IPRO function (Innovation & Productivity Realization Office) you will support the IPRO team with their important role of ensuring we maximise the value of our offering to consumers. As part of this European team, you will be in contact with various stakeholders around Europe including cycles & procurement, finance, the selling markets and other European functions.
Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
Supporting the implementation of a new global pipeline management tool for Danone.
Reporting and analyzing business submissions to Europe
Collecting, consolidating and ensuring the accuracy of project data
Supporting on key European projects that deliver cost saving improvements
We are searching for a candidate who has an open personality and strong communication skills which enables you to efficiently and clearly connect with stakeholders. Your analytical mindset and extensive excel knowledge allow you to draw logical conclusions that can be transformed into useful insights that can be communicated to stakeholders. You are proactive and not afraid to take action on your own initiatives and bring forward new ideas. You are willing and able to tackle autonomous tasks as well as be a valuable member of the team.
In addition, you must meet the following requirements:
You must be enrolled as Bachelor/Master student in a logistics, supply chain, engineering or business degree for the whole duration of the internship (If you are not an EU-Citizen, you must be enrolled at a Dutch university)
You are fluent in English – written and verbal
You are willing to travel/relocate to Hoofddorp, NL.
You are available from October 1st for a minimum of 5-6 months; 5 days a week (2-3 days in the office per week)
As this position may include traveling – you must be flexible and open for traveling to different locations if necessary.

As our new EU Productivity intern you will have the opportunity to discover and learn from numerous European functions based in our office Hoofddorp, NL. In this team you will have contact with stakeholders located all around Europe, allowing you to discover the international and diverse work environment of Danone. Since this role will give you the opportunity to connect with a lot of different teams, you will gain an overall understanding of all the operations teams and how they work together. In this great learning opportunity, you will further develop the skills needed for you to excel in your future career. Our work environment is very international, which will allow you to greatly improve your language, intercultural and interpersonal skills.
We offer a gross monthly internship allowance* of 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel if required. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.
