Are you interested in Marketing and you would like to work in a FMCG company? Do you have good project management skills and and are attentive to details? Then join us as our new Global Marketing Intern of Oncology Related Malnutrition from 15th of October in Hoofddorp, NL!
Medical nutrition is designed to improve the quality of life for patients. Our consumers include the frail and elderly, young children with special needs, and patients of all ages who are sick or in recovery. Working with healthcare professionals in many disease areas, we help patients to grow normally, to speed recovery, to regain mobility, or simply to find the strength to fight their condition. To provide critical support to the Global Marketing DRM/Oncology team for Adult Oral Category and managing cross functional projects. You will work in a highly international working environment closely cooperating with local marketing teams all over the world and the cross functional team at HQ (e.g. marketing, medical, sales, R&D). You will learn how a marketing category functions and you will be involved in innovation projects, organizing internal and external events and collaboration with CBUs to maintain a healthy business continuity. You will grow in project management, stakeholder management and individual planning and communication skills, in a very diverse environment.
Your key responsibilities:
Successful implementation of innovation projects
Supporting CBUs on building a healthy portfolio
Building external and internal event from start to finish and attend these meetings
Data analysis to understand current business context and report to team
Besides the above mentioned activities, you may be involved in other ad hoc matters and queries. Occasional travels may be part of the role. You will be supervised by a Global Category Director.
We are looking for somebody with strong analytical skills in order to identify in-depth market insights, trends and growth opportunities. You like to take responsibility and ownership for your projects and you act with agility, speed and pragmatism and you have good (written) communication skills and you are able to present your findings in a concise manner.
Moreover, there are a few hard requirements: You must be enrolled as
Master student in a Life Science or Marketing area, and you have a certain interest for the world of Pharmaceutical products or Nutrition. You must be enrolled for the whole duration of the internship (If you are not an EU-Citizen, you must be enrolled at a Dutch university)
You are fluent in English – written and verbal;
You are willing to travel/relocate to Hoofddorp, NL
You are available from October 15th for a minimum of 6 months; 5 days a week (2 day in the office per week)

In this team all interns have great exposure to global level execution and decision making. It is a life time opportunity for an intern to experience in 6-12 months period how a multinational marketing team operated 360 and how they can be part of this massive operation.
We offer a gross monthly internship allowance* of 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel if required. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.
