Work within the organization on strategic projects that aim to harmonize processes worldwide and across business units
Actively support Change Management during Design & Implementation of new processes and tools within the area of Supply Chain Planning
Understand end-to-end processes, obtain knowledge cross functions, and detect synergies in line with the overall Henkel strategy ‘Simplify’
Collaborate with various Global Process Owners (Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Source-to-Pay, IT)
Own set of responsibilities for specific projects
Create digital reporting templates (in excel & Power BI) and optimize KPIs for different fields
Conduct analysis and recommendations
Prepare corporate material for external & internal communication on processes & innovations
Student with a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics or Engineering
Strong analytical skills, able to drive conclusions by analyzing & modelling big set of data
Profound knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Working knowledge in SAP is an advantage
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Team player that can work independently
Dynamic, highly motivated personality for whom the creation of something new together with a dynamic & young team is an exciting challenge
Practical or international experience demonstrated by former internships or semester abroad is beneficial
Available as of January 2022 for a period of 6 months full time
