    In this role, you have the opportunity to

    Attracting the right talent is critical for the future of Philips and its customers. To enable this and make our Talent Acquisition Campus organization more sustainable and data driven, we are looking for a talented intern. You will be working on analyzing data & providing insights about hired young talent – as well as looking into our CRM system Avature where we stay in touch with and pipeline students to ultimately land a starters job with us.

    We are a fun team to work with – 24 recruiting professionals based out of different locations across EMEA (Netherlands, UK, France, Germany, Poland and Israel).

    You are responsible for

    • Enriching and analyzing data to provide insights about hired talent within the scope of campus recruitment EMEA;

    • Optimizing dashboard management to generate insights;

    • Working on CRM system optimization – think of unlocking new ways to capture and pipeline students interested in Philips as an employer;

    • Providing insights on Campus Recruitment, university rankings and labor market trends to the team.

    You are a part of

    The Talent Acquisition function is one of the Centers of Expertise (CoEs) in our HR organization. Together with HR Managers, HR Business Partners and other CoEs, we deliver HR Services to Philips employees and managers at all stages of the career cycle.

    In the Campus Team, you will be part of a European network of 24 talented colleagues located out of different countries, such as: France, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Israel and UK.

    To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

    • Currently studying towards your Bachelor or master’s in Data Science, AI, Analytics, Big Data or Engineering;

    • Interest to work with Talent Acquisition data;

    • Experience with Excel, CRM Systems, Data Analytics Tools;

    • Structured approach as well as ability to work independently and in a team context;

    • Strong English skills (verbal and written).

    In return we offer you

    A unique and challenging internship assignment! Next to that, we are offering a decent internship package:

    • Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €900 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands. If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata.

    • Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the land lord, and your normal home-work travel distance need to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) need to be more than 1.5 hours.

    • Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €145,- net

    • Paid holidays per internship term.

    • The opportunity to buy Philips products at our Philips shop.

    IMPORTANT: In order to be considered, you have to be registered as a student during the entire internship period. Formal documentation will be requested . Students from outside the EU enrolled in a Dutch university need to fill in a NUFFIC agreement – needing to be signed by the student and the university.

    Please note that the contents of our regular internship assignments are not suitable for professionals (and/or MBA students) with professional work experience.
