You work in a team with experienced colleagues and take responsibility for managing logistics processes, such as coordinating all necessary import and export documents, invoicing, bank documents, often on an L/C or collection basis. You communicate directly with our business partners (for example manufacturers, carriers, inspection companies, storage and processing facilities, banks, customs, chambers of commerce, product boards and customers).We strive to continuously improve our work and harmonize processes to improve service and reduce risks and costs.
You have a completed HBO education, preferably (for example Logistics or International Business);
You are ready for your first or second step in your career;
You have a good knowledge of the English language (an additional foreign language e.g. French is an advantage);
You have an affinity with logistics;
You can deal with a varied range of activities, in such a way that activities are handled in an efficient and careful manner;
You realize that you are an important link in the organization and you ensure the correct implementation of the agreement laid down in a contract, in order to coordinate all necessary documents and certificates;
You are continuously looking for improvement and you make improvement proposals;
