    International CRO Lead (NL/ENG)

    Within Parkos we believe in experimentation and testing. Whether it's a new functionality, feature or product. If you have a good hypothesis based on data and/or research to test an improvement that benefits the conversion or the experience, then the team of developers is ready to implement it immediately.

    The experimentation team currently consists of a data/web analyst, 2 front end developers, a designer and a senior online marketeer. You'll also working with the product owner to implement successful experiments immediately.

    Parkos is a marketplace that brings together supply and demand for parking at airports. It's comparable to platforms like Booking.com, Uber and Airbnb. We are currently active at 130 airports in Europe, the USA and Australia. Together with our international colleagues we work daily to further expand our offer both within and outside Europe. We are a close group of enthusiastic young professionals with +/-15 different nationalities.

    What will you be doing?

    As International CRO lead you are responsible for the entire CRO strategy. From analysis, testing to the actual implementation. You coordinate the entire process. Together with the data/web analyst you ensure that you get the right insights, so you can convert them into well-founded hypotheses. Then, together with the designer and the front-end developers, you will translate these into concrete A/B tests, monitor the results and, together with the product owner, ensure that successful tests are implemented immediately. Together we will also look at what other specialties are needed within the CRO/experimentation team in order to make this team grow further.

    In addition, you will work closely with the other marketing specialists in the team and together we will ensure that our websites perform even better. Together, we'll make sure we achieve our mission of making Parkos the number 1 airport parking company. You'll improve the experience of all our 14 domains, testing hypotheses and features within different cultures. What works in one country can have a negative impact in another. You also work closely with other departments within Parkos to further improve the customer experience. In addition to the fact that we want to become the #1 company, quality is also very important to us. In this position you can make a real impact within the entire organization.

    Challenges you can help us with?

    • How do we get the percentage of significant tests up?
    • How can we test in countries where we are relatively new and have low traffic?
    • How do we deal with cultural differences within the tests?
    • How do we ensure corporate identity if certain tests are positive in country A but not in country B?
    • How do we ensure that we always use the maximum test capacity?
    • How do we ensure a good overview of past tests and new tests that fit in?
    • And not unimportantly, how do we increase our conversion rate ;)

    What do you bring?

    • 3-5 years of experience as a CRO specialist and ready for a next step
    • Experience with supervising CRO processes and managing specialists
    • Demonstrable experience in the field of Conversion Optimization, A/B testing and User testing. (possibly UX research)
    • You have experience with both qualitative and quantitative data analysis in Google Analytics, Hotjar, User testing and UX research, among others
    • You have experience with CRO tools such as Visual Website Optimizer or Google Optimize.
    • Experience with implementation and testing of a redesign project is a plus
    • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is an advantage
