    International Content manager

    Your mission
    Do you know how to attract the right visitors to our platform through content? Are you structured and can you work with external parties? Do you have experience with search engine optimization, email and social media content? Do you have excellent English skills? Then we are looking for you! As content manager you are part of the marketing team. It is your job to maintain and optimize our owned content within an international environment. This concerns the content on the website, social media and email.

    About the role and team
    Parkos is a marketplace that brings together supply and demand for airport parking. Similar to platforms like, Uber and Airbnb. Currently we are active at 130 airports in Europe, USA and Australia. Together with our international colleagues we work daily to further expand our offer both within and outside Europe. We strive to be the #1 platform in airport parking.
    We are a scale-up based in Groningen, from where we currently operate in 14 countries in Europe. You can also find us in the USA & Australia. We are an international company and this is reflected in our team. With so many different nationalities, English is our working language.     As an international content manager within the marketing team, you will be responsible for the owned content on our various channels (website, social media and email). Parkos is currently available in 11 languages. The content must be properly collected, processed and placed. It's also important that this content is easy to find and attracts the right website visitors. In short, we are looking for someone to manage our international content.

    • Develop content strategy with the goal of increasing our website traffic. But also optimize existing content to improve findability;
    • Analyze required content from an SEO perspective. Based on keyword research you identify content gaps with the aim of improving keyword coverage and findability;
    • Speaking to external content creators and maintaining contact with them such as content agencies, bloggers, translators but also internally with colleagues who write and translate content.
    • Editing of incoming content: giving feedback, making adjustments (or having them made). But also editing texts yourself, it is an advantage if you can work with programs like Canva.
    • Processing incoming content: uploading it into the CMS systems, placing it on social media and setting up email campaigns & automations;
    • Preparing and monitoring content for our social media channels, setting up and managing the content calendar;
    • Analyze and optimize the owned customer journey flow, for example by setting up A/B tests in our marketing automation or email campaigns.

    Your profile
    About you
    You communicate clearly and distinctly in English and can also collaborate with remote people.

    • You have knowledge of HTML or would like to learn it (quickly). For the placement of texts you need this knowledge.
    • You have experience with search engine optimization, the content you produce is always findable.
    • You have knowledge of social media channels and how they work.
    • You have experience with marketing automation tooling (pre)
    • You have experience working with Canva (pre)
