    Internal Auditor


    Internal Auditor:
    The Internal Auditor plays an important role in the organization. Internal Audit drives best practices in software development, data privacy, cybersecurity, and ERP tooling. We recommend improvements to all business processes and control environments as well as visit our offices to do onsite reviews. In liaison with the Head of Internal Audit, you will determine the Internal Audit roadmap and execute it. This position reports to the Head of Internal Audit.

    Your Responsibilities Include:
    • Independently execute IT and security-related audits, taking ownership of the entire audit cycle.
    • Plan engagements by conducting research, performing risk analyses, interviewing stakeholders, and agreeing on a scope together with those stakeholders and the Head of Internal Audit.
    • Construct audit reports and engagement deliverables that articulate business-relevant observations suitable for the intended audience.
    • Ensure good and timely planning, drive high quality reporting delivered by the Internal Audit team and discuss and agree on findings with management. Follow up on actions arising from Internal Audit work performed.
    • Consult and coordinate with other risk advisory functions across the organization in order to maintain a comprehensive view of risk management. Contribute to an Internal Audit roadmap that will deliver value-added audits.
    • Constantly contribute towards Internal Audit's understanding of the organization and an Internal Audit roadmap that remains relevant and future proof. Build relationships with our business and product units that develop software, services, or digital content.
    Our Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study.
    • 2-6 years of relevant experience (big 4 or Tech company).
    • Strong communication & relation-building skills. (Intercompany relations).
    • Problem solving/solutions based mindset.
    • Willingness to travel (post COVID).
    • Fluency in English.
