    • Be enrolled in a relevant study in the Netherlands (enrollment in a Dutch university is a prerequisite)

    Who we are?
    Sales Education and Enablement (SEE) is a department within the Sales Solutions organization of FedEx, supporting the European Sales force. SEE are responsible for the education of Sales, the management and launch of Sales-facing projects, the management of Sales events and Sales communications. With 80 team members, SEE is comprised of six teams of facilitators (trainers), enablement teams, a Design and Content team and an Events team.
    What do we do?
    The intern position will be assigned to the Content and Design team.
    The Content and design team work within brand guidelines to produce high quality, consistent materials for the Sales audience, to educate, inform and communicate. When an initiative is being launched to Sales, the project team can request support from the Design and Content team. We will advise on the correct delivery method and develop the raw material in readiness for our Sales audience. We produce content such as presentations, e-learning, videos and manuals.
    Position Details
    Full-time internship opportunity from September 2022 to February 2023. This position can be located in the Hoofddorp, Netherland (NL) area
    This internship will give the successful candidate experience with one of the world’s most recognized brands.
    As an intern in our Sales Content and Design department, you will ensure consistency in the look, feel, and voice of our brand. The department produces internal content for the Sales teams. Your main tasks would be
    • Supporting the design of presentations
    • Collating brand compliant resources
    • Collaborating on content presentation
    • Updating outdated design collateral, following the latest brand guidelines
    The successful candidate will go through a full onboarding process and complete at least one project from start to finish.

    Preferred skill sets include:
    • Strong computer literacy: Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and advanced PowerPoint skills
    • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (or similar) design applications
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Fluency in English language (written and spoken)
    • Attention to detail
    • Thrives in an individual contributor role that offers autonomy
    • Equally comfortable working in collaboration with others
    • Ability to craft and execute a vision with creativity and style
    • Creative self-starter who has the ability to confidently develop new ideas that support the modernization of our customer-facing collateral
