What are you going to do? In this position you will learn everything that is needed for a great career in the kitchen. You prepare dishes according to recipe, you prepare orders to be passed on by carrying out à la minute cooking activities, portioning and garnishing according to established instructions with regard to ingredients, recipe, working methods and external presentation.
