    Who we are?
    The Customer Solutions department supports Sales in understanding customer needs and proposing the best solutions from our portfolio that meet the customer requirements. The department consists of four teams: Bid Management (BMT), Solution Design & Implementation (SDI), Customer Analytics and Planning (CAP) and Field Implementation Team (FIT). Together, we contribute to the development of customer-centric value propositions to support business opportunities.
    What do we do?
    The intern position will be assigned to the Bid Management Team, specifically Content Solutions.
    To support the overall Customer Solutions strategy, the Content Solutions team work within brand guidelines to produce high quality, consistent materials that form a set of customer-facing collateral and templates to effectively convey solution narrative and value propositions. Materials produced are designed to help our Customer Solutions teams with building a cohesive and compelling story in response to customer opportunities, as well as supporting the broader Sales audience through a suite of easy to use self-service tools.
    Position Details
    Full-time internship opportunity from September 2021 to February 2022. This position can be located in the Hoofddorp, Netherland (NL) area
    Under close supervision, the successful candidate will assist with the creation of high impact customer-facing collateral that contributes towards producing a winning proposal. With a strong focus on design elements, responsibilities include:

    Working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to turn existing written and numerical content into compelling visual representations. Working closely with members of the Bid Management Team, Marketing, Brand, Sales and other SMEs / stakeholders to develop and deploy new content based on business and customer needs with state of the art graphic design and high visual impact at front of mind Project management of key initiatives and activities Research and identification of opportunities for improvement as well as making recommendations on possible innovative solutions Ensuring solutions and materials are sustainable with high usability.



    Preferred skill sets include:
    • Strong computer literacy: Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and advanced PowerPoint skills
    • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (or similar) design applications
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Fluency in English language (written and spoken)
    • Attention to detail
    • Thrives in an individual contributor role that offers autonomy
    • Equally comfortable working in collaboration with others
    • Ability to craft and execute a vision with creativity and style
    • Creative self-starter who has the ability to confidently develop new ideas that support the modernization of our customer-facing collateral
    • Skilled in the development and presentation of insights and recommendations utilizing clean and concise communication
    • Ability to work in a deadline-orientated environment without compromising artistic creativity
