As Consumer & Market insights Intern, you’ll be helping ASICS to become more data driven in decision making. Bases on your analysis and advise the departments will be enabled to make the right decision to improve the business performance.
You will be working in the 3 areas of the Consumer and Market insight team: market data analysis, brand tracking and consumer researches. You will be a pivotal person to link between all the data and the marketing and product development we are doing.

We’re looking for an intern that has a profound interest in marketing, product development and data analytics. You are comfortable with setting up and doing researches, doing data analysis, and advising internal stakeholders on next steps based on your work.
Based at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, Netherlands and reporting to Ewoud van Bennekom, Consumer & Market Insights manager, as part of the role you’ll:
Do various data analysis on existing market data sources
Setting up and doing researches, either with external partners or doing it yourself
Make reports on various data sources such as brand tracking and market share
Understand the various consumer audiences and market via desk research and researches
Gather and provide product feedback to improve future product development
Evaluate marketing campaigns and find data points on what to improve

You’re a strong communicator. You’re comfortable talking to colleagues from different departments and external partners.
You’re a student in the area of business economics, marketing, economics, business analytics, psychology, communications, media or any other relevant study.
What we’re looking for
Analytical skill set (good with Excel, SPSS or Stata)
Turning numbers into a story – good power point and presentation skills
Track record of working across multiple tasks and projects.
Student - still enrolled in university/university of applied science
Internship for 6 to 12 months, depending on university needs
