We now offer an unique opportunity to be an intern working with two experienced Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches, supporting our marketing & sales teams.

Would you like to learn how to structure business priorities in a complex environment? And how to help teams deliver on their goals in sprints of 2-3 weeks? And how to help them measure & check on their progress, opportunities to learn, improve and innovate? A Scrum Master gets to work on all of the above. A Scrum Master is a leader responsible for the growth & development of his/her teams.

Your internship activities and opportunities

Together with the current Scrum Masters you will work on:

Team development

You will help prepare sessions and workshops for several business teams consisting of sales, marketing and digital experts. You will participate in those sessions and - depending on your learning curve and prior experience - even be able to facilitate parts of them. You will gather input, make summaries and make these available for the team, helping them to identify and follow up on improvement opportunities.

Business development

You will participate in coaching of Product Owners, capturing the input and plans, document them in a clear overview, facilitating the prioritization of business opportunities. You gather data on the performance of the product and the team, so next steps can readily be identified by the team and other stakeholders.

Making most of the Network

We address both learnings and impediments and try to effectively share them within the organization. You are welcomed to spot opportunities for better communication and knowledge sharing. You could further develop one or more of our channels for sharing obstacles and learnings. For example create content for a company webpage, prepare part of a workshop or create a compelling presentation.

Who are you?

• You are fascinated about integrating business & people approaches. You are familiar with Agile or started learning more about it right after you read this job description.
• You like to take initiative and see things through until they are done. You don't mind obstacles and the frustration that comes with them, because you can learn from them and grow.
• You an HBO or MSc student with either a demonstrable affinity 1) for people development or 2) for business and numbers
• You are fluent in either Dutch or English (application written in Dutch or English are both welcome)
• You are available for a period of at least 6 months for 4 or 5 days a week
