    Inspector incoming goods and repairs

    The Role
    As Inspector incoming goods and repairs you will ensure that products that are received by Fokker
    Services are inspected according to the Fokker Services procedures and work instructions.
    Elements of this role will be performed under the authority of the quality department allowing you
    to assess if components and parts meet the airworthiness requirements. Besides you will be
    authorized to certify parts that are shipped to our customer wit a Certificate of Conformity.

    The Team
    The Inspector incoming goods and repairs operates within the Physical Distribution
    Department. This is part of the total Supply Chain and Operations Department. You will manage
    together with your colleagues, all logistic and warehouse activities that are required. You work
    as a team and in a team, you are pro-active, flexible and are able to work with different ERP and
    automated systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Accountable for the incoming inspection of aircraft components and materials;
    • The inspector is responsible for the organization and cleanliness of their workstation;
    • Active participation in team meetings and continuous improvement sessions;
    • Drafting required reports (Non-Conformity reports, etc);
    • Processing the data in the Pentagon ERP system;
    • Provide all received goods with the correct means of identification;
    • Handle dangerous goods in accordance with the IATA regulations and procedures.

    Experience & Qualifications

    • MBO or similar level degree;
    • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience;
    • Communication in English due to English being the standard in the aviation industry and

    the international operation of Fokker Services;

    • Affinity with aviation engineering;
    • Knowledge of aviation regulation is desirable;
    • Requirement to pass internal training programs;
    • Flexible and agile attitude
    • Stress resistant
    • Accurate and result oriented
    • Team player
