    Inside sales & project support coordinator (m/f/d)

    You will be supporting a young and dynamic organization with the diverse and varied administrative tasks in the field of sales, purchasing, work preparation and execution. You will also maintain contact with our financial administration.

    As an internal project and sales employee, you will ensure customer satisfaction by taking care of any customer inquiry and pass these over to other internal stakeholders if necessary. You will take care of matters such as preparing calculations and quotations, entering orders and placing purchase orders. Inventory management, delivery time monitoring and invoice control are also part of your duties. You will also ensure that all information in the automation system is correctly documented. Telephone contacts with customers and suppliers and general administrative work will also be a part of your job responsibilities.

    • Preparation of offers
    • Processing of customer purchase orders. From order to invoicing
    • Ensuring accurate sales and project administration, aligned with internal and external stakeholders
    • Handling customer and supplier invoicing
    • Transport planning, coordination between suppliers, forwarder, and customers
    • Support of colleagues in the field (salespeople)
    • Monitoring the procurement process
    • Identifying commercial opportunities with existing customers
    • Keeping CRM up to dat

    Who you are

    • Accurate, you work accurately and with attention to detail
    • Flexible, you adapt easily when circumstances change
    • Organizing and monitoring, you are good at following and monitoring the progress of your own activities and those of others, and making adjustments where necessary.
    • Working together, you have an eye for common goals and act in the interests of the team
    • You have technical insight
    • You are proactive, customer- and service oriented, with good collaboration skills, also internationally
    • Language skills Dutch, English, German is an advantage.

      Education or experience MBO+, technical or commercial
