    Inside Sales Manager (EAM)

    Overview:
    Location: Any Europe

    Hexagon is seeking a leader to manage 5-8 inside sales reps with varying levels of experience. Track record of success in complex sales environments and strategic sales cycles. Engenders accountability, candor in communication, forecasting experience, ability to shepherd sales late in the cycle to close, ambitious, and coach-able. Hiring, and enterprise-level software experience a must.
    Responsibilities:
    • Manage reps assigned to grow EAM customer share and pipeline within assigned customer accounts
    • Coach and develop team into best-in-class sales talent
    • Utilize telephone communication as the primary means of contacting customers, articulating solutions, developing and closing sales opportunities
    • Develop and maintain close business relationships with key decision makers and influencers within client organizations
    • Responsible for accurate and timely revenue forecasting and updates
    • Meeting or exceeding company standards for customer phone contact and documentation of customer interactions
    Qualifications:
    • Demonstrate passion for company, solutions, customers, and goals
    • Motivation to expand personal and professional knowledge of product and sales skills
    • Polished professionalism with above average organizational, planning, communication, and problem solving skills
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent sales cycles
    • Create and nurture strong collaborative relationships with field sales team members
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English + plus one or more of the following German, French, Italian, or Spanish
    • Technology sales and/or business development, demonstrated leadership, athletic success, student body leadership positions, participation in service organizations, military experience
    • SaaS or Cloud sales experience
