The Manager FinTech & Services drives and shapes the digital and technology agenda, maximizing the value HEINEKEN provides to our customers and consumers, via an ecosystem of digital and technology specialists. The role is the sparring partner for Global Commerce business functions. We are looking for an experienced manager, driving FinTech (like Pricing and “Direct to Customer) solutions on a global level.
You are a business partner for the Global Commerce teams providing technology leadership, advice & shaping actively the HEINEKEN technology landscape. You guide, validate and spot opportunities and challenge the use of different technologies to ensure HEINEKEN’s desired business outcomes are achieved. All in collaboration with Global D&T standards and strategies.
Accountable for setting the strategic direction, the D&T capabilities to perform the product portfolio delivery.
Act as the link between the business and the IT strategy, partnering to realise HEINEKEN’s ambition enabled by technology
Engage with the wider D&T teams and the business community (at HQ and in OpCos) to ensure single point of accountability for technology domain and to increase adoption across the different teams
Inspire and drive the global technology reference architecture for the domain, the selections of the technologies and vendors;
Drive the technology and solution innovation pipeline with digital technology vendors and digital ecosystem, ensuring HEINEKEN is ahead of the curve;
Develop and implement D&T strategy and roadmap within the standards and boundaries defined together with the Enterprise Architecture team and other D&T teams
Drive the deployment of the D&T technology together with Global Commerce teams,
Pro-actively manage the allocated D&T budget for the domain and the department considering the business strategy and business project portfolio;
Bachelor or Master’s degree
Proven long term experience working in global eCommerce, Fintech companies and/or FMCG eCommerce environment
Proven experience in setting up technology strategies and FinTech solutions;
A real influencer, used to working with director level stakeholders – strong communication, negotiation, influencing skills
Experience of full end-to-end delivery of global digital and technology business-wide initiatives, including solution lifecycle management
Proven experience with leading global rollout of HEINEKEN Commerce strategic platforms (Salesforce.com and Microsoft) and with other lead industry platforms
Good problem-solving, commercial management and decision-making skills
Fluent English language required (communicating and convincing), Dutch, Spanish, French or Portuguese is a plus
