Your road to success
Left or right, you have the responsibility for managing the operations and incidents front office (CMO). This tangible solution is developed by the Digital Customer Journey team and used by all of Athlon’s mobility end users. You have direct influence on the availability and usability of the MyAthlon portal and mobile apps. This means you will have freedom to provide your own thoughts and ideas and you will lead operations, resolution of issues and improvements. You can do this as an Operations and incident manager with full focus on:
Reporting on portal and mobile apps aspects such as usage, issues and operational aspects.
prioritizing issues based on impact and urgency.
resolve 2nd line issues or escalate to and coordinate with 3rd line support.
constantly tracking and improving system performance.
user management operations, consisting of on- and off-boarding of users, including identity and access management.

What do you take with you as Operations and incident manager for at least 40 of hours per week? Absolutely your analytical abilities, conceptual thinking and excellent communication skills. a bachelor’s degree in information technology/management.
several years of experience in a similar role.
experience in incident and application management.
knowledge of Scrum and Agile.
experience with ITSM tools like Jira, ServiceNow, and/or Remedy.

gross yearly salary up to € 61.115,- (including holiday allowance and 13th month)
