    IDM (Identity and Management) Lead

    The Team

    Identity and Management (IDM) team Europe currently consists of 2 teams:

    • Active Directory (AD) team, which is responsible for network and app account management and support for these processes.

    • SAP team, which is responsible for the account management, support and design of our SAP landscape.

    The IDM lead will be operational lead of both AD and SAP team, and reporting to the Head of IDM & CCT.

    We are continuously improving our processes to make them more efficient and effective.

    Our vision for 2025 is; IDM delivers access accurately, and on time, by supporting zero touch Identity &access provisioning. IDM is the business partner for access maintenance.

    Recently we moved to service now for our access requests and incidents.

    Our account creation process is 95% automated. In 2022, it is time for the next step: role based access and automation of the access assignment.

    The Position

    The IDM lead is ensures that our user and access management process runs smoothly.

    The IDM lead will also participate in processing user management requests efficiently, and effectively, making sure, they adhere to our security policy and user management procedures.

    Together with the IDM & CCT head of you will define the mission of the upcoming quarters, and measure our goals. To meet our goals you will work together with peers in our Integration & Operation domain; our PVH counter parts in the United States and of course our business stakeholders.

    Coordinate the execution of our SOX controls & check if they were done correct and timely.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operational lead of IDM team

    • Strive for continuous optimization

    • Monitor the access & request process

    • Provide management information on our goals

    • Participate in our improvements projects

    • Coordinate the monthly recertification process

    • Coordinate & execute SOX controls

    The ideal candidate

    We are looking for an IDM Coordinator with:

    • A growth mindset

    • Strong interpersonal skills

    • An ability to deconstruct and communicate technical problems with non-technical stakeholders.

    • Prior experience with leading an IDM team.

    • Experience managing and provisioning user accounts within Active Directory and SAP.

    • Experience with Identity and access management tooling

    • Prior hands on exposure to Python, Power shell. SQL is a bonus.
