ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
An ICT presales assistant typically has the following tasks:
· To manage sales channel requests including sourcing and tracking responses
· Negotiating with off-net suppliers to get best-offer quotations
· Work with internal parties including Product, Marketing Departments, HQ & local branches for competitive pricing and pricing scheme for services
· To assist in RFP responses for complying commercial parts
· Perform internal BSS/MSS entries timely and accurately
· Manage supplier orders and make sure the supplier orders are as accurate as possible and ensure there is no dispute when passing to Project Management stage
· Participate in vendor management and analysis rating about suppliers performance
· Assist project manager to follow up the project schedule and ensure the project successfully delivered
· Implement back office operations, and platform configuration
· To perform tasks outside normal business hours with flexible working schedule on need basis
Requirements
· Degree holder in Finance, Business or related discipline
· Moderate technical knowledge and understanding process workflow
· Strong customer service orientation with ability to work as a team player
· Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to work under pressure
· Excellent analytical problem solving, communications and negotiation skills
· Mandarin language proficiency would be bonus
