    In addition to a compensation which runs up to an annual salary of 60.000,00 (depending on experience and education), we offer a 13th month and holiday allowance.     Policies and regulations:

    • To participate in the local embedding of the Human Resources Corporate Framework as well as the development and update of the related internal regulation (models, policies and procedures), using as a reference those provided by the Group, adapting them to local regulation and standards, if necessary, and ensuring Group validation as appropriate.
    • To lead the development and implementation of the appropriate local policies to attract and retain talent; maintain a high level of engagement and a suitable working environment; to develop knowledge; and to provide rewards at a competitive level and based on merit.
    • To participate in local governing bodies where the presence of the function is required, and to present local or Group initiatives, policies or processes in them, where necessary, in accordance with local internal governance.
    • To supervise compliance with regulations applicable in their area, minimizing the sanctions of supervisors and regulators, fostering a smooth coordination with the Group's control functions and ensuring an effective relationship with the representatives of supervisors and regulators.
    • To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the aspects of regulations, standards, market trends and audit reports related to the function; manage the identification, incorporation, and transfer of best practices (both from other Group companies and third parties) and ensure a suitable circulation of relevant material in its area.

    People management:

    • To promote the ongoing communication between the entity and its professionals in matters related to people management.
    • To facilitate the coordination with the corporate HR function of the monitoring and control of the implementation of the defined policies.
    • To lead and promote the development of communication initiatives in their area of the value proposition of their entity and the Group for employees and external talent. To participate, where appropriate, in corporate communication initiatives.
    • To guide the senior management in its area in relation with its responsibilities in people management matters.


    • To ensure that variable remuneration plans take into account all the material risks, do not limit the ability to maintain a solid capital base, comply with applicable regulatory requirements and are adequately reported in the remuneration committee or relevant local governing bodies.
    • To ensure local remuneration processes are adequately aligned in a timely manner with the Group’s remuneration key process.
    • To promote the prevention, identification, mitigation, control, and correction of those operational, reputational, or other types of risks attributable to it.
    • To participate and facilitate, in coordination with the global Human Resources function, in taking the decisions that affect the categories or groups subject to corporate management in human resources matters, establishing the necessary local processes for their development, mobility, training, assessment and remuneration.
    • To escalate to the relevant governing bodies any situation that could jeopardize an adequate succession in key positions, remuneration plans that could undermine the Group's solid capital base in its area or in the general management of people with a significant impact on the achievement of strategic objectives.

    Relationship with HQ:

    • To facilitate the involvement of the corporate HR function in the process of selection, appointment, and assessment of the head of the Human Resources function of the local unit, and in the substantial organizational changes in the local Human Resources structures.
    • To ensure the remediation of internal audit recommendations.

    Education and skills:

    • BA/master’s degree in human resources or related
    • At least 10 years of professional experience and 5 years in HR field
    • Experience as HRBP will be considered
    • Project Leading and management skills
    • Demonstrate strategic thinking and hands-on attitude in adaptation to different situations
    • Excellent teamwork, team management and communication abilities
    • Ability to build trust relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

    Language skills:

    • English: fluent as a requirement
    • Dutch and/or Spanish: very desirable
    • Other languages will be a plus
